Hello my name is Glen Duke.

For many years I have been interested in massage and have provided treatments to family, friends and work colleagues. Last year I decided to undertake a relaxation massage course to learn professional massage techniques and be more effective with the treatments I provide.

I have recently completed a Certificate IV in Relaxation Massage and started my own business to apply what I have learned to treat clients and assist them in improving their health and well-being.

My approach to massage treatments in centred on the client’s needs and focusing on their problem areas to relieve pain, increase mobility of muscles and provide a feeling of well-being.

The relaxation massage I perform is with a light to medium touch so little to no pain is felt with the treatment.

Massage may assist you with the relief of a range of muscle issues; improve joint movement; reduce pain and discomfort associated with arthritis, odema, pregnancy and many other musculoskeletal problems. Massage produces a feeling of relaxation and well-being which may assist with stress and sleep problems.

Massage helps the lymphatic system to release waste products (toxins) into the blood stream which are then flushed from the body, and drinking a reasonable amount of water afterward assists with this process.

I am committed to assisting my client’s to achieve a state of homeostasis, which is a stable, relatively constant internal state of being.
